 * DEFINITION
    The word SOFTWARE in this document shall mean any file
    or source code included with this file including any
    modifications or upgrades to the SOFTWARE.

 * PROHIBITED USAGE
  - It is prohibited and not allowed to use the SOFTWARE in any
    web-site that contains or links to other web-sites that contains
    Pornography, Adult Content or Gambling even if it is allowed
    in your country.
  - It is prohibited and not allowed to use the SOFTWARE in any
    web-site that sells or links to other web-sites that sell
    or advertise for Tobacco, Alcoholic Beverages nor Unproved Drugs.
  - It is prohibited and not allowed to use the SOFTWARE in any
    web-site that Promote Hatred, Racism or Religious Persecution.
  - It is prohibited and not allowed to use the SOFTWARE in any
    web-site that contains any illegal contents or links to sites
    containing illegal contents, which include, but not limited to,
    pornography, mp3's, obscenity, violations of privacy, hacking,
    warez, irc programs, computer virus, or any harassing
    or harmful materials.

 * RESTRICTED USAGE
  - To use the SOFTWARE in Dating and Marriage Services and web-sites
    the web-site's terms and conditions must prohibit nudity and
    pornography, and the web-site must not contain any naked or nude
    pictures or video even if it's contained in web-site users' profiles.
